Repeat prescriptions are those drugs that appear on the list of medicines on the right hand side of your last prescription. Any drug not on this list can be requested but may take longer to process or may be refused if the doctor feels he cannot safely prescribe from details within your medical record.
To order a prescription please tick the box next to each item required on the re-order form. If the item is not on this form then please add to this list or alternatively make a request in writing.
You may order your prescription in a number of ways:

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
