Repeat Prescriptions
Prescription requests are usually ready for collection from the practice within 48hrs. If you would like your prescription to be collected by a named pharmacy, please note this on your re-order slip or, if telephoning, inform the receptionist.
If you have run out of your medication, please telephone the practice, who will arrange for your prescription to be ready later that day. Telephone Reception on 0131 561 1900.
There are two methods for ordering repeat prescriptions
- hand in a re-order slip to the practice
- order your repeat prescription on-line, using the form below. Please complete all sections below. A "thank you" message will confirm successful completion of form.
